If you have a newer model MAC computer, it is imperative you take the actions below to be able to view your Med World Live videos using this browser.
Safari Silverlight Install Prompt Issue
What: You will see repeated prompts to install Silverlight when playing a video due to your system being a newer model MAC with a newer operating system, e.g. OS X Yosemite.
Why: The newer MAC operating systems have adjusted the way certain plugins, including "Silverlight" are handled.
Launch the Safari web browser and click on "Safari" in the upper left corner of the browser next to the Apple logo and click on "Preferences".
A box will appear showing multiple tabs.
Click on "Security" tab.
Click on "Website Settings..." to the right of "Internet plug-ins".
Click Silverlight in your left column.
Click the blue arrows to the right of "When visiting other websites:" near the lower right corner.
Click "Run in Unsafe Mode"

A box appears regarding trusting websites to run "Silverlight" in unsafe mode. Click on "Trust".
Click on "Done"
Click on Red "X" to exit from the Safari Preferences panel.
Close the Safari browser.
Launch Safari and browse back to the Med World Live website and log in.
Your videos should now function properly

What: The Med World Live Portal Technology is being transitioned to the HTML5 platform.
Why: Our portal technology will no longer require any plugins or additional software installations. All functionality will exist solely through web browser technology.
